Bob Johnson
Bob Johnson founded Johnson Insurance & Financial in 1969. He is a Registered Investment Advisor and holds a Series 6 and Series 63 Securities Licenses along with Insurance Licenses. During his career he has earned numerous awards including the prestigious “Crystal Eagle” award and “Master’s” award. He specializes in retirement planning and tax strategies. Southern Methodist University is his alma mater.
In February of 2008 Fortune Small Business magazine published an interview with Bob on the implementation of the Defined Benefit approach to retirement planning and tax savings. As a small business owner himself, Bob understands first hand the daily challenges in the business world.
Bob is compassionate about his clients and endeavors to help successful business owners so they can focus their energies on building more profitable businesses. He is a member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys playing golf, cooking , spending time with his wife Sheila & his dog “Tessa”.

Sheila Johnson
Sheila is a Registered Investment Advisor and holds a Series 6 and 63 Securities Licenses along with Insurance Licenses. She has been in the financial service industry for (20) years specializing in Retirement Planning and Employee Benefits and is a Partner at Johnson Insurance and Financial.
Sheila is a sought after speaker and lecturer whose passion is financial education. She enjoys giving back what she has learned in the area of finance. She firmly believes financial health can positively effect not only the quality of your life, but also the lives of future generations. This passion has lead her to establish a Women’s Financial Study Group, which meets monthly and focuses on helping women grow financially.
She is also dedicated to serving her community as a member of Stonebridge Ranch Ladies Association, which sponsors numerous events to help local charities and the needy. She is a supporter of Eldorado Country Club’s Courts for A Cure tennis tournament benefiting the American Cancer Society. Also she is the Secretary for the Eldorado Ladies Association, member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce & the Chamber organization Women’s Alliance. She enjoys swimming, reading & traveling with her husband Bob.

Lori Loftin
Lori has a Group 1 Insurance License and has worked with Johnson Insurance and Financial for 17 years. She specializes in medical insurance for individuals and families, along with life insurance, medicare supplement and long term care.
Lori is a consistent top producer with Blue Cross and Aetna Insurance Companies. She focuses on helping her clients define which plan offers the best benefits at the lowest possible cost. She is concerned about protecting loved ones from financial hardship should something happen. Personal relationships and accountability to her clients are the keys to her consistent success.
She is a volunteer at Buckner Children’s Home, “Shoes for Orphan’s Souls”, Hope’s Door – a shelter for abused women and is a member of Church of Epiphany Episcopal Church. Also she is a member of McKinney Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber organization Women’s Alliance of McKinney. She enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with her (2) dogs Popeye & Sami.
